Great Workplace ACCREDITATION
The Process
Accreditation is the culmination of a strategic process which evaluates an organisation’s culture and its people practices.
Utilising over 15 years of research from Best Places to Work, Australia’s longest running workplace award, WRK+ have identified key practice areas that organisations need in order to create a great workplace experience and culture to drive engagement and performance.
Accreditation is valid for 3 years.
WRK+ Evaluation
The Great Workplace Accreditation assessment comprises of two parts
ENGAGING PEOPLE
Engaging People© employee survey, which measures how your employees experience that culture.
CULTURE INSIGHT
Culture Insight© submission, which provides qualitative insights into your organisations culture.
NOTE. If your organisation has run a 3rd party employee engagement survey within the past 6 months, we may be able to use those results.
Together, the results of the two assessments provide a unique, detailed, and comparative analysis of your organisation’s culture.
Evaluation Outcomes
