Wrkplus Pty Limited (WRK+) (ABN 90 616 574 611) (referred to as we, our and us) is committed to protecting the privacy of all Personal Information that we collect from you and to complying with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (PrivacyAct) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
For Information Security Management, WRK+ is ISO9001:2016 certified, and are operating under the ISO27001 standards and pending certification.
Please take a moment to read our Privacy Policy as it describes what happens to your Personal Information that is collected when you participate in a Study or via our Website.
2. Definitions
Personal information means information or opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.
Privacy Policy means this privacy policy.
Sensitive Information has the meaning given in the Privacy Act.
Study means our "Best Places to Work" study which we conduct on an annual basis.

In this Privacy Policy, wherever includes or including is used, it will be read as if it were followed by (without limitation).

Where practicable, we will deal with you anonymously. However, due to the nature of our products and services, where you do not wish to provide us with your Personal Information, you will not be able to join or participate in our Study and we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you require or an appropriate level of service.

We obtain Personal Information from our clients and third party data brokers. We also obtain Personal Information directly from clients via the Study and our Website and from maintaining records of information provided in the course of providing services or during participation by clients in the Study.

You do not have to give us any information in order to simply browse on our Website.
However, we may need to collect certain details from you if, for example, you want to place an order or make a payment for products or services.
When we provide you with products and services

To participate in the Study, you must become a client and provide us your name, gender, email address, phone numbers, address and date of birth. You may provide further information to facilitate your participation in the Study.
We may collect information about how you participate in the Study and use our Website to assist us to provide you with more tailored services, and to enable us to develop and improve our services. When you participate in the Study or use our Website, the information we may collect includes:

In addition, we protect Personal Information by restricting access to those people who need access to do their job.
